We hope that you will be entirely satisfied with your product and the service which you have received; however if this is not the case then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to rectify the issue.

Please ensure that you carefully check the compatibility of our products with the specific make and model of your thermostat prior to ordering our products. Always read the instructions supplied with the product fully prior to applying/using the product. 

This page contains our terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order with Seeclear Products you warrant that you accept all of our terms & conditions. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. 

Total Prices

The prices displayed on our website exclude postage and packaging. The fees of which are outlined at the checkout and added to the total cost of the product/s.

For bulk orders please contact us directly. Postage and packaging will be altered accordingly.


We accept payment via PayPal, WorldPay or cheque.

Delivery subject to payments clearing.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through Seeclear Products are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.


We aim to send your product/s within 5 working days of receiving your order and your payment being cleared. Orders will be dispatched second class with Royal Mail.

We accept no liability for any delays beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to; couriers delay, postal service delay and stock availability issues. If we are made aware that there are any foreseen delays we will endeavour to contact you immediately.


If you decide that you do not require the ordered product then please inform us immediately via email or telephone. Once a product has been dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a full refund. However, if the product is returned within 14 working days and the packaging has been unopened then we will refund the cost of the product minus all postage and packaging fees.

Refund Policy

Please double check that your sticker is compatible with the make and model of your thermostat prior to opening the package. Unfortunately, once the packaging has been opened the stickers can not be returned.

Unless goods are faulty or incorrect, you must return them to us at your own expense. In the event that goods are faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the return delivery charge on receipt of the items.

If you find that the sticker is not compatible with the make and model of your thermostat and the packaging is unopened then please contact us either via email or telephone. We will request that you return the product to us within 14 days of receiving it (postage is at the expense of the customer) and we will either issue you with the correct product if requested or offer you a full refund (minus the initial postage fees).

Once the returned product has been received please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed or for a new product to be issued.

If in the unlikely event that we are responsible for issuing an incorrect product, please contact us immediately and we will issue you with the correct item free of charge. 


Our products are delivered first class via Royal Mail. Our products are always sent to you in the very best condition and well packaged. Unfortunately we can take no responsibility for damage caused to the product once it is with the courier. If there are any issues we would advise you to contact us immediately.


Our stickers are covered by a one year warranty. However, the warranty does not cover stickers which have been incorrectly purchased, incorrectly applied to start with or whereby a sticker has been removed and then re-application is attempted.

All personal information you provide us with will only be used to ensure deliveries to you and to provide offers and information on our website to you. The information you provide is only available to Seeclear Products and will not be shared with other third parties.
